Hi everyone, it has been a very long time since i was here last. To make a long story short, my dial up connection was making it diff. to get here. But now, woo-hoo, I have a cable connection. My name is Kate and I live in Michigan's upper peninsula. I was wondering if anyone was getting ready for fair yet and if there is a topic or forum for fair activities?? Glad to be back at MJFGC

Hey everyone, I did post on county fair time under Gathered up forum...there is so much going on here at MJF I worry no one will see it. HUGS to all. Got my lawn cut this morning and running off to finish cleaning my dining room. My dining room functions as a general catch all and gathering place. HUGS Kate

Hey gals! It is so good to be back...big sigh...with girls that know my heart. Yes dial up was just impossible and I would wait and wait and do laundry and come back.LOL. I need to run off and do some yard work before the rain hits but will stop in tonight to post on county fair prep. HUGS

From one Kate to another, howdy! (Texas version). It's great you were able to make it back. We did the dial up thing for years and probably still would be except the girls have ipods and want to download music and videos. It was taking the whole day just for a video clip.
I haven't seen anything yet on fairs, but I'll bet if you look around you'll find one or can start one.

Welcome Kate--I know what you mean about dial-up. I had that up until a year ago. It wasn't worth waiting and waiting and waiting. I got so frustrated.
I haven't seen a discussion about the fair--but you can start one.
