okiequilter	Posted - Mar 29 2008 : 6:13:17 PM Hello! I'm actually not new here, I love Mary Jane's books and this forum, but I've never posted before. I live in Oklahoma. My husband and I recently moved to a small town and downsized (a lot!) It's great. We have a cute little "cottage style home" with a large yard with wonderful shade trees and good soil for gardening. That's not common in Oklahoma. I was able to quit my full time job and now am doing more of the things I love! Sewing, quilting, crafting & creating, bread making, even teaching sewing classes, and looking forward to gardening again. I have several Dept 56 village from about 25 years ago and never bring them out and would like to sell them. Anyone have any suggestions on how to sell them, other than Ebay??? When my children were at home and still growing up I was blessed with being able to raise them in my home state, Wisconsin, in a small town close to where there is 2 Amish communities. A lot of the families belonged to our food co-op and we made some very wonderful friends there. I homeschooled my children using a curriculum from a Mennonite publisher - Rod & Staff.
