My name is Ada Mae. I have been retired 7 years after teaching elementary school for 29 years. I loved teaching, but now I love doing anything else that I want to. I love staying up later, and sleeping later. My husband (of 39 years) and I live on a farm that had been in his family. We raised 3 daughters here. I love the outdoors, and really appreciate it more now that I actually get out to it most days. I like to do crafts, especially a new one. My good friend, Cathy Cobblestone, coaxed me into making some aprons for her and her shop. I have really enjoyed looking for the fabric and putting them together. Take a look on my blog. Look forward to hearing from all of you.

Luna, Thanks for your welcome and your kind comment about my aprons. I have sold several, and need to make more. Oh--where does the hours go each day???? I have good intentions of sewing, but if the opportunity arises for me to go outside, I'm gone. Do you make items to sell from your wool? Ada Mae

I live in the Central Time Zone. The line for the next time zone (Eastern) is only 10 miles from me. It gets real confusing when making appointments around here!!

Maryjane-thanks for your compliment. I try my best. I viewed your blog and simply love it. Your pictures are so good. I love the green plates around the frame. I also visited the clock site you use and got one for myself!! Have a great day--the sun is shining here in Central Kentucky, but the wind is a little chilly.
