Posted - Feb 19 2008 : 6:28:11 PM Hello everyone! I've spent the last few days reading over the forum and decided to finally join. I think it was last year that I first learned of Mary Janes Farm when I picked up one of ther magazines in a bookstore. I haven't tried any of her food yet but I did order the budget mix and the ideas book last night. Can't wait to receive them.
Anyways, I am from South Carolina, not quite married and no kids yet. I am a restaurant manager and have a busy stressful life because of it. I am trying to simplify my home life to make everything better all round. I love cooking, sewing, knitting, crochet and embroidery. I am self taught in doing those things but I wish I had had interest in them when I was younger and watched my great grandmother.
Well I won't type too much here. :) Hope to talk with you all soon!

I used to think I wanted to own a restaurant.....until my husband was the manager of one.... Oh My! The hours were sooooo LOOONNNNGGG! The stress level is so high....people not showing up to work, unhappy customers, inventory orders going wrong, equipment breaking down, etc...
You just come unwind here anytime.
Blessings Catherine
