Posted - Aug 27 2005 : 09:53:26 AM Hi everyone, This is my first post. I'm a 34-year-old mother of 2 kids, 2 cats, a dog, a chinchilla, and a hamster! I hate to see what kind of menagerie I'd have if I did live in the country. Someday, hopefully, I will. Right now I am content to garden, knit, read and raise the fam here in the city. I am currently learning to play guitar (my husabnd is teaching me) and come September 6, will be starting the adventure of homeschooling both of my kids for the first time. So I've got alot goin' on. Looking forward to many happy future posts! |

Posted - Aug 27 2005 : 9:40:59 PM Welcome! I live in Yakima and I was just over your way a couple of weeks ago, we drove over Chinook pass from here and landed in Tacoma, what a beautiful drive! I also have 2 kids, numerous cats, a dog and bunny. I am trying to learn to knit and also want to learn guitar! We live in the country outside of Yakima with orchards all around. It is nice to have you here.
