I've been a member here before, back in the day when my dream farm was just that, a dream.

But holy mackerel! We're putting our house on the market and moving NORTH to Massachusetts!

We are looking at one property with 107 acres that needs some work, but has good bones.

The other has 29 acres and is a gem of a home!

We have ideas about christmas tree farms, pumpkin patches, goats, chickens, pigs and a couple cows, as well as an amazing organic garden!

It's so far away from most anywhere! I couldn't be happier to be further from the 'burbs.

I look forward to learning from all of you as I get started!!!

Hi Kristina. I am in MA, 5 miles from CT border. I am new with posting but have been here for over a year, . I am just becoming more comfortable with the computer, but need lots of practice. WE are neighbors!! Not many farmgirls from our area. Have fun.

Welcome Back Kristina!

I got skin tingles when reading about your dream come true. Gosh, I don't know how you'd choose between the two. They both sound fabulous.

Either one of those could become the east coast location for a MaryJane's Farm Fair Day!

Blessings

Hey, your life sounds great :) Hmm, over a hundred acres? That's almost enough to adopt a city slicker who dreams of her own farm :D Kidding! Welcome back!
