Well, hello Farmgirls.......... I can't believe I actually have joined in with "The Farmgirls" here at Mary Jane's Farmgirl Connection. I haven't been the same since the day I spent at Frannie's "Freedom Valley Farm" in Greensbury,Kentucky. WHY??????? Mary Jane Butters, herself was there for the day. She is soooooooooo AWESOME & it was such a BLESSING to meet ALL the FARMGIRLS that attended the gathering. My husband even says I haven't been the same!
Oh, I forgot, my name is Pamela, owner of Beehind Thyme, a quaint, little shop that is located in Central Kentucky. I AM a gardener at heart. I have a VERY supportive hubby & a son that is the air I breathe. I live on what I call my "farm" of 4 acres. I grow... Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries & Daylilies to sell during the Summer. It is Pumpkins, Gourds & Mums for the Fall. My plans are to add more variety for 2008.
I am very excited about my new adventure & hope that you all welcome me in.
Goode Evening, Pamela
Please, stroll on over to my blog, postings happen EVERY day!!!

Hi Pamela,

It's nice to meet another KY farmgirl. I grew up in western KY and am now transplanted in southern IN, but my heart is still that of a KY farmgirl.

What a nice treat to meet Mary Jane! Welcome to the farm.

Thank you!!! Yes, that is Bing, first thyme I had EVER heard him was when I was choosing music for my blog & that song stood out. Oh, how I love the music now. I have gotten soooooo many compliments on it.
Thank you for liking my name. History beehind that... First I love to garden & I love Bubble Bees, (fake ones) so I got the Bee. Second I plunder in Primitive & Vintage Treasures so Hind came in to form Beehind, like olde, in the olde days. Third Thyme came from the herb that I grow plenty of & the fact I am a gardener at heart.
Blessings, Pamela

I am an hour & fifteen minutes from Harrodsburg acording to Mapquest. Yes, the shop is open, but extremely low. We are redoing the inside of the first shop, but I will be having a "Cupid in Love" Valentine Retreat Evening at the shop in February which includes a class for that evening. Haven't set the date yet, will be doing that in the next week to mail out invitations. If interested just let me know would be glad to mail you an invitation & class schedule. Hope you enjoy the stay at my blog. Planning on adventuring out & open an etsy shop, have already set it up, but haven't posted.

Welcom, Pamela! I'm from Northern Kentucky, near Florence, but we don't like to talk about that

I'm so excited to look at your blog--hey, how far are you from the Harrodsburg area? We'll be down that way the first of Februrary--is your shop open?

Anyway, welcome and enjoy!
