Posted - Jun 28 2004 : 12:03:35 PM Lots of family activities going on the next couple of weeks; I'm "unsubbing" so I clog up my e-mail while I'm away from the 'puter.
I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful July 4th holiday. Enjoy friends and family and try not to let *anyone* get under your skin (okay, I'm talking to myself on that one)!
I'll miss you!

Posted - Jul 04 2004 : 1:19:03 PM Ooh, a pack trip! Can I come along? That really sounds interesting. Last Fall there was a four hour "pack" trip offered at a nearby State park near here, but I couldn't make it as it was on a Sunday. They were going to use llamas, show you how to pack them, etc. then go on a hike to a creek, have lunch, etc. Not exactly a trip to the mountains, but I'm looking forward to doing it in the Fall if it's offered. What are you using for pack animals?

Posted - Jul 04 2004 : 12:38:37 PM To all of you,
Going to do a disappearing act myself for about a month or so. Getting ready to head to Sequoia NF the last week of this month on a pack trip and have so much to do in order to be away for a full week, as well as lots of prep work for the actual trip.
Happy 4th of July to all of you and i will check in with you a week or two after i return.
