Hi sister farmgirls,

I am so happy to be here. I have allready "met" Sunny, Carol and Beth. Thanks so much for getting me up and going on the message board and helping me get in contact w/ the local chapter here in the Columbus area (White Cupboard)

Anyhow, my name is Amy McIntire and I am from Reynoldsburg, Ohio. I am originaly from the country and my parents and most of my family still lives there, I even have some land waiting for me. Right now tho, my husband and cat need to live in the hustle and bustle of the city.....always a farmgirl wherever you may go.

I love doing paper art stuff (including journals and mail art), scrapbooking, stamping, cross stitch and working with herbs (esp. creating yummy teas).

I am looking forward getting to know all of you
Amy (aka. amyartgirl)

Reynoldsburg is about 26.9 miles from Circleville. My hubby and I go down that way when we head to Portsmouth (his hometown). We have been to the Pumpkin show but it has been a long while since we have been down that way.

Welcome Amy! Reynoldsburg sounds familiar. Is that near Circleville? We go up to that area for the Pumpkin Show or to Bainbridge for the Festival of Leaves. We didn't get to make it up this year though. That's some beautiful country up there.

Welcome Amy!
I love looking at other peoples scrap books, I would love to be able to scrap book like that but they don't turn out quite like I pictured them. I can do lots of other things though. If you like to cross stitch have you ever tried punch needle? It is so much fun, it goes much faster and you don't have to count, you just stay inside the lines. There are lots of web sites that have kits and very detailed directions.

Hugs,
Robin

Hiya! I know exactly where Reynoldsburg is...my folks are from the Grove City and Darby, Ohio area. Well, what's left of Darby, anyhow.

Welcome! You'll love it here, with all the stuff these girls (including me) chat about. So much to learn, so much to share, and what great girlfriends!
