Hi, yall! I'm Marybeth and last night, I laid in bed reading Mary Jane's Farm magazine for the first time...and I read it from cover to cover. I absolutely loved it. It made me feel so comfortable and at home with myself. Lately, I've been searching for my dream...my passion...and I really feel so good when I'm close to nature and living simply. This is where I want to be. I want to live closer to nature...from the land...and without excess. It's going to take time to get to where I want to be...but I'll get there.

I live in Louisiana and work at a local private college. I love to spend time with my family, working in my yard, playing with my horses, cats, and dogs, taking pictures, reading, scrapbooking, cooking, baking, canning and preserving. My dream is to find whatever it takes to make a living doing what I love and to make a life of simplicity and nature.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and being an active member of this community.

Dreaming of the simple life,

Marybeth

Welcome Marybeth. I think you'll find lots of like minded people here.
