On the chapters page, it says this group is no longer accepting new members. Is it no longer active or simply too large for new people to join? If the latter is true, I might be interested in helping found a second Chicago chapter...

Amanda, I've been trying all weekend and can't get through. The computer error is on the website, I think the MJF side has to deal with it. It says it's a Microsoft error. I'm using a Mac, so it may not be compatible.

Amanda, I've tried to join the new Chicago Urban Farmgirls chapter, but keep getting a computer error. I'll try again tomorrow & see if it works.

Okay, I'll start another Chicago chapter. :-) One caveat though-- I probably won't be able to organize any get-togethers or events until after I graduate in June. But I think that's a good thing-- it will give people a couple of months to join and toss around ideas for the type of group we'd like to be and things we'd like to do together. :-)

Hi, Amanda (and Eren!) - I don't have any information as to why the Windy City Farmgirls Chapter isn't accepting new members, but at this time, they are not. SOoooooo...I think it's a great idea to start another Chicago Chapter!
