I would like some information about abandoned chapters.
If it appears that a local chapter has been abandoned, would it be OK to start up my own Chapter?

After you start it, start a thread for it, and try to get some people on it. I put a sign up in my local tractor supply, no one ever called me back though. There is a site you can go to to print it out.

How do I do it though? I wish I had a mentor. I'm only good at things I really know about. Like training animals and running my farm. LOL
