Hi! Im moving to southern Indiana mid summer . Wondering if any farm girls near Corydon,Marengo,Salem,Georgetown In? If so Id like to know if you have a chapter started or are just meeting up ? Still hoping for a meet up?

Oh I wish it was a different weekend too! That sounds so much fun but we will be out of state for a graduation that week. Please keep up all posted if there is another one in the future. Sounds like a great time.

I can't make the Brown Co camp-out due to work, but I am so jealous of everyone who can go! It's such a fun area! My husband and I want to go camping there the weekend of our anniversary!

I just found it this morning! I was thinking I might only go Saturday. Then I thought maybe I would rent a cabin outside the park with my family and join in the fun here and there. IDK yet, but Matt's bday is the 31st and Gabriel's is June 1st. So I feel bad spending a whole weekend away. Ya know??
Farmgirls on the Loose Get-a-way

All Events optional, but plan to have fun!
Friday, May 30:
Check-in — you will need to reserve your own campsite. Our group will be camping in Buffalo Ridge Electric Campground. Call (812) 988-5245 for information. I will have 30 individual bags to give you with what is going on in the surrounding area and Indiana.
Friday evening around 5pm we will have a crockpot dinner for any Farmgirls who would like to join us. If you would love to bring a crockpot meal/dessert etc., that would be great! The more the merry, plus some good eatin’! Please bring plate and fork, plus a drink.
Saturday, May 31:
We will do a Dutch Oven Breakfast, if you have a recipe you just love, bring the fixin’s along to fix at our campsite, around 9am. Please bring plate and fork, plus a drink.
Hiking and/or Swimming
Trip at 11am into Nashville, IN. (This is only a few minutes from the State Park.) There are tons of the cutest shops and restaurants, plus lots of artists who display their works.
Crafts — Farmgirl Coaster or any crafts anyone else would like to present.
Glamping Prom Night – Saturday night at the Seasons Restaurant. I will ask about reservations for a large group. This is also really close to the park. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan to attend (restaurant needs our numbers).
Sunday, June 1:
Morning get together to share our Indiana Glamping Experience, 10am.
We could do a breakfast pitch-in if everyone is in favor of doing so.

Hey! I would love to join in. I started a chapter several years ago, but we all got too busy to meet up and it was hard to plan around everyone's schedules. I really would love to go to the FG Brown County thing. Do you know anything about it, Alicia?

Well, maybe if there is a group of us that want to get together but are kinda spread apart, we can just rotate where we meet, or meet on weekends so it won't be a late night!
