About 2 hours from Lancaster city, I think, if I take the PA turnpike. I will check it out. It would be great to get out more with other farmgirl sisters. I have a meeting this 30th to see if a group of ladies I know would like to join a group. so far at least 6 sound like they are hooked on the idea.

I am reviving this thread again, hoping to find local farmgirls.
In the past year, Mary Jane's Farm Magazine has started appearing in
all the local grocery and book stores. I am hoping
there are some new farms girls out there to meet. I am in SE Pennsylvania.
In the Chester, Lancaster and Berks County areas.

Since were are having such a hard time finding a group. Maybe if we get together only once a month, I have no problem driving maybe an hour to get out to you guys. How close are you to each other? I think Jenne is the closest to me, Erica would Jenne's area be closer for you?
Let me know. I am very interested in getting with some girls doing Farmgirls things.

I am also in PA. In the Lancaster Area. I have sent messages to a local Farmgirl group, but I have not heard from them. My daughter lives in the
Harrisburg/Hershey Area, so I am good with that. I would really like
some live Farmgirl connections.

Its hard to say. When the weather gets better I would be more inclined to travel to your area. We have friends in your neck of the woods. If you ever have an event near Harrisburg or Hershey, that would be an option too. Lets play it by ear and see if any more PA Farmgirls respond as well. Nice idea...I have met 2 Farmgirls when I lived in Colorado...Blessed in Colorado and Jen Fulks...and we had the most wonderful day!!! Hugs, Erica |
