Posted - Dec 13 2011 : 12:17:03 PM Our "Virtual" Henhouse is busy supporting each other through babies, surgeries, etc., etc. We did do the "National Tie One On" project in our respective communities. Because we are "virtual" and live all across the US we don't have opportunity to get together. We do have little "meetups" as we can in whatever location. I sure wish the FARMGIRLS SOUTHWEST HENHOUSE "chicks" could ALL be in the same place at the same time . . . maybe someday! CJ

Posted - Dec 06 2011 : 9:29:32 PM The Lee County MJF Chapter here in Central Texas had a holiday party on Friday and it was a wonderful pot luck. We swapped gifts Chinese Christmas style for some fun and the rules were that it had to be either homemade, handmade or MJF related and under $20. There were some really creative gifts and all had a bunch of fun. |

Posted - Dec 05 2011 : 12:12:52 PM Last year we had an ornament swap, a farmgirl "white elephant" gift exchange (the gift had to be something farmgirly that you werent going to use and another farmgirl would love) and a cookie exchange. It was a lot of fun!
