Hiya, I used the press release you can find on this site (MJ Farm) and sent it to the little local paper. While I haven't gotten any calls, people read it and ask me about it when I am running around in the village. So it works!! :-)

OK clueless here - I thought you were talking about Etsy stores. If you mean chapters just post here and see who is close to you - otherwise it's easier by word of mouth.

Actually I have a blogspot and a facebook page. I just keep posting pictures and such. I also hand out my cards at any craft shows I participate in.
