Hey there.
So I went looking for other Indiana farmgirls a while back. I asked for some info but other than a hey hi didn't get alot of info. Any active hoosier gals out there?

I got side tracked what with having my first baby n all and assume this happens to others. ( getting side tracked by life stuff, not babies. Though it easy to do what with the cuteness and all)

So anybody? Bueller?

Lora, we usually open around the 2nd week of April, our hours are M-F 10-6 & Sat 8-5...we are open until mid June, when we run out of everything. We grow almost everything ourselves, so you need to come check us out. I will brag a little...our quality is great & we try to keep our prices as low as we can.

No I haven't been there, but I Googled it and it looks like you are only about 3 miles from me! I will definitely have to get out there sometime. Email me your hours and I will try to get out there this spring. Hopefully I get the boss the lessen my work load.

Hi, I also live in Alexandria...small world Lora! I understand busy & seems most of my computer time is at work also. I also love gardening & different crafty things, have been meaning to learn to sew for the past few years, but never enough time. I think it would be fun for all of us to get together one day. Indy is not too far away for most of us it sounds.
Lora, since you love gardening...have you ever been to Barnyard Greenhouse? If so, that's my place, my hubby & I are partners with my parents. We started our first plants of the season about 2 weeks ago. SPRING WILL BE HERE SOON!!

Hi Erika. I live in Alexandria. Just a couple miles off I-69 at exit 41. I love gardening and sewing as well. Right now though I don't have a lot of extra time to go anywhere since I am working 6 days per week. I do have time to be on the computer at work though. Sounds silly, I know!

We have a little girl and believe me I'm enjoying the pace of life right now. Though I really want sometime outdoors in some spring weather!

I've really been wanting to find some other women who might want to get together and do crafty stuff or gardening. I'm a seamstress and a costumer and love sewing.

Hello Erika,

My name is Deborah (or Debbie) Depends on the day. LOL!

I live in Muncie Indiana. I am about 60 miles north of you.

Congratulations on the little one! Boy or Girl? I just love babies. My babies are in their 30's. I do have four grandchildren, ages 6, 9, 10 and 15. Also have four little furry babies.

We all understand about getting caught up in life. Take a breath, slow down and enjoy your journey with the farmgirl sisters. They are the most beautiful bunch of gals. Their hearts are 10 times bigger than the moon and 10 times more shiny than the stars.

Maybe someday we could start a chapter. What are some things you enjoy doing?

Welcome to You!
Farmgirl Sister Hugs!

Hi Erika! I'm here! All though I am way south of you ladies. About a 4 hour drive from Indy. :( Doesn't seem to be any farm girls in my neck of the woods. But I love that I can find some here!

Hugs~ Melanie

I'm out here but like you life's been gettin in the way....I would love to start a chapter but just don't have time yet - in the meantime, I'm working on badges and doing swaps and checking the boards everyday. I'm about 50 miles NE of Indianapolis.
