I'm loving this whole thing, especially since you use the same software/format as the Simple living discussion forums, and I can navigate easily!

But I tend to get lost in the many tangents. Now I'm back where I started, and I'm looking for a group of ladies who might be interested in meeting somewhere in the Ventura area to talk, knit, spin, do needlework, play music, exchange ideas, or just sit and contemplate the world. If you want to speak Italian, I do that, too (I teach it).

I see there's a henhouse in Fillmore, not far from me. But I'd love to start one somewhere right around here. Towns like Ojai, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Santa Paula--all might band together to form a group.

I'll have to start my own henhouse, it looks like; so maybe by the end of the week I'll see if there's a small ray of hope for any real community.

Hoping to meet some of you soon!

Kathleen
