I will soon be closing this chapter in my life and will have to move from my dream home and four acres of land. The most difficult part of all that-- my goats!! I have a mama and her twins that were born in January -- one boy and one girl. I love them so! I'm not in a huge hurry, but I am in a snit about finding them a home and a mom that will love them as I do. My boy still wants to lay his head on my hand and suck my thumb -- talk about a mama's boy! I'd like the girls to be together. My boy, Gibbs, would love to be with other rough necks. Could you love a goat or two more?

Karen

Very sorry to hear about this Karen! What kind of goats are they? We're doing a cheese making "fun day/class" here with the MI Farmgirls in the Mitten in October. Let me know, I may be interested also and all are welcome in October!

Hey there Karen, I don't know if you still have your goats, but we have room for them. We have one lonely goat in a pasture with its own apple tree. I haven't been on MJF much this summer as we've been crazy busy (like all of you I'm sure ) If you do still have them, want to chat, see some pics of the barn, etc., drop me an email at gr8tfulmom@yahoo.com
peace,
sarah

I am a farmgirl from TN and I have pygmy goats. I am not sure what kind yours are or if they would get along with mine but I would be willing to entertain the idea of adding to my herd (right now I have 4 ~three girls and one wether). They are all my babies complete with collars and name tags.

Hi Karen,
I am so sorry to hear about this transition in your life. I don't know anybody who's in the market for goats right now. I just want to give you my heartfelt condolences and tell you that I hope you find a very loving home for your babies. Blessings to you and keep strong.
