Can you belong to more than one Chapter? If you do, do you have to pay $20 for each chapter?

Kathy, you can be in more than one. The yearly fee is for the sisterhood. It is totally ok. Enjoy the different types of chapters offered!! Have fun!

I am a member of Scattered Prairie Gals which is mostly an online group. I have been going to the meetings of another chapter that is close to me.

Robin, you can join more than one and there is no "fee" for them. You just have to be a member of the sisterhood.
Our chapter "FARMGIRLS SOUTHWEST HENHOUSE" is a virtual chapter . . .we have members from California to Pennsylvania.
You'd be MOST, MOST, MOST WELCOME to join ours . . . look at our posts here and in the other Official section and check it out.

Katherine, I dont think you pay at all to belong to a chapter. You only pay to subscribe to MJ farm sisterhood which gives you access to joining chapters and earn badges. I also dont think there is a ruling about how many chapters you can join, but I would assume that one would keep you pretty busy. However, I am sure someone will be kind enough to correct me if I am wrong. I have not yet joined a chapter becuase there arnt really any in my area to join, but would like to join one soon.
