Three of us from the Sisterhood Chapter Connecticut Simpler Life Sisters had the honor to meet MaryJane and her lovely daughter Meg while on their trip to New York City! They are both so delightful, and gracious. They are beautiful, inside and out! MaryJane makes the world a better place, and made us all feel like we were meeting dear friends. We met at Billy's Bakery, the most precious and delicious bakery. It even had vintage wallpaper on the walls! It was wonderful. Thank you MaryJane and Meg for everything!

So wonderful to meet you all! We had a great time in the city but there isn't anything like a good ol' farmgirl hug that's for sure!

MaryJane's daughter,

Meg

Oh, I love the pictures MaryJane! The vase is so pretty the way you put the tulips in it! I am so glad you like it. I love my necklace, it is so dear!

Thank you again for everything.

My daughter and I can't thank you enough for taking the time out of your busy farmgirl lives to travel into the city to join us for my b-day celebration! What could be better than meeting up with sisters?! And the crystal danish-made tulip vase made it home to Idaho safely. Gorgeous gift!!!! (Did you know texdane represents the marriage of a Texan and a Dane?) Texdane's husband drove them to the party and texdane's adorable daughter was allowed to miss school for the day.

And Elaine Tolson, the woman who makes our sisterhood necklaces, makes a version just for me to give out to sisters when I meet them in person. It comes with a hug and a kiss of course. Thank you, THANK YOU for a memorable birthday party!

I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have met both MaryJane and her daughter Meg. They are true to whom they are in life as in print. They both have such an amazing warm energy and spirit. I'm going to try to carry that same energy and spirit with me, towards others and the things that I do.
In the morning before I left to go meet with them I was feeling really nervous, almost to the point where I wasn't going to go. Hoping to change my mind I picked up a book of angelic messages and randomly picked a page. Part of what I read said..."Visualize having a rewarding day as a gift to yourself. Your positive expectations are seeds planted in your favor, which will successfully grow into uplifting experiences." It worked!! The very first thought that popped into my head when I saw MaryJane was EARTH ANGEL.
