Hi Farmgirls of the Heartland.

We would like to extend and invitation to those of you who are or are not attending our Christmas party .
Dairy 101 Class for Farmgirls is an overview of how to make cheese, butter, yogurt, ETC. This class will be taught by Jennifer Charlson from Hidden Hills Farms. Her farm is all ORGANIC and is located near Smithville, MO. hiddenhillsfarms.com
The class will be December 5, 2009, 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Located in the Eyes to Focus Photography Studio, 114 Bridge Street, Smithville, MO. There is a class fee of $33.

Here are a few photos from Dairy 101 Class.These do not do it justice. It was ALL magic! It was just fascinating to watch and participate in such an interesting class.
I think I might even be able to do this with the Jennifer help-line.

I have had several emails asking if anyone can attend the Dairy Class.. OH YES !!
RSVP with Jennifer and come attend this learning experience.
ALL FARMGIRLS are welcome to join any and all activities our chapter provides.
In the future we are focusing on more farm classes with Jennifer, photography, bird watching, stained glass, canning/preserving, dutch oven cooking, camping and hand gun safety and for those who want to continue with that they may attend the conceal carry safety class and certification.
