Fall ushers in my third year on the MaryJanesFarm Forum. As I look back, I can't believe all that I have learned. There is an ancient saying that says, "when the student is ready the teacher will come." BOY, HOWDIE! I can't believe all the lessons I have learned through the generosity of other Farmgirls, nor can I find the words to express the gratitude I feel for those who have been willing to lend themselves to my learning process, whether it be learning something "brand new" or just an old trades done in a different way, or being taken from the beginner stages to the intermediate and expert levels. I don't think that there is another community as generous with their knowledge has this one has been. SO THANK YOU. I, for one, am a better person for it.
As fall is ushered in tomorrow...... I can only imagine what this year will bring. The new lessons, skills learned, and the friendships made. Thank you to all the farmgirls who have so willingly "poured into my life." I look forward to all that is to come in the year a head in our farmgirl world.
