Hi Ladies!
I miss chatting it up with my sisters in the Henhouses so I thought I would do a giveaway special!
Until the first day of school which is about a month and some change away, I will be holding a "Raffle" for a special basket of homemade soaps and things from my online store.
Each point you get gets you an entry into the basket.
Posting a new topic gets you 2 points
and replying to topics gets you 1 point.
Of course please only post "real" posts- not ones that say "Here is a topic to enter into the raffle" you know? Of course silly, giddy, chatty posts are loved and encouraged!
Good luck all! And if we have lots of entries I might do a runner's up basket as well!

Hi Ladies! We had some good posts and things are really starting to heat up in the Henhouses now! It looks like there are going to be some great projects going this winter!
Sorry it took me so long to pick a winner- time got away from me!
So I did the drawing this morning and congrats to Graciegreeneyes! I still need to finish you surprise but I think you will like it!

The henhouses are virtual Chapters, so there is a chapter leader and you can join as many henhouses as you would like. There are some that focus on Reading- a virtual book club if you will, and like the MJ Heirloom Mavens who are focused on preserving Heirloom varieties from the brink of extinction. Some like the Nitty Gritty Farmgirls are more just focused on being friends through the everyday things and appreciating what everyone has to bring to the table.

In the Bulletin board section some leaders have posted a little short description of what their chapter is about. Some where written a while ago, so make sure at the bottom of the page when you click on a section that it is set to show "All Posts" not just the posts in the past month.

Alee, for a newbie, what is different between the the henhouse and the whole site? Do we find and talk to just ladies in our state?
