What happens when you combine 8 farm gals from around Spokane, stitching projects, food, & home made wine???? FUN FUN FUN!!!!  
It was such a fun relaxing evening for us. we snacked, we gabbed, we sampled various homemade wines from our "lil' ol wine maker"- Michelle....I have never had Rosehip wine, but it was good and her Huckleberry wine is dreamy! We also got to sample some Central WA wine that our dear Rene sent up for us. Thanx Rene it was yummy.
Some of us (not me ) actually got some work done on their projects...I just like to gab.
All in all it was a wonderful evening, no hubbies or kids just a bunch of silly girl talk & oh did it get silly!
I am already looking forward to next months get together.

Sounds like y'all had a fabulous time again - maybe next time you gather I won't have any family birthday's, cheese sales etc.

I still have not gotten use to the pitch darkness of the country....if it had been day light it would have been no problem to spot Heather's barn,,,but, after all, I am a Blond, no really, I am a blond! lol!

Once again a bunch of us came together but this time in the beautiful home of Pickles-Heather.
What a gracious hostess and a fantastic cook! She created the most fabulous Quiche(sp) and Firemama-Amanda made a most yummy Cherry Cheese cobbler dessert.
It was a wonderful time to 'catch-up', yack, stick pins in our fingers( I did several times-probably should not have had that glass of wine! ) and just catch our breath before the crazy mad rush of last minute errands, parties and other things that take up our time this time of year.
Kpaints-Karen surprised us with sweet crocheted (by her) wash clothes....Thank you so very much Karen....
It was great to finally meet up with Cheneygirl-Suzie(tho she & I have met inpromptu at the local Farm Supply store.) What a sweet lady. Suzie & I are both big fans of 'Montana Silversmith" jewelery!
Judyblueeyes-Judy & Janet both managed to find Heathers house quit easy....I on the other hand couldn't find my way out of a paper sack if you gave me a flashlight & a pocket knife!!! lol! How many times did I call for directions???? Thank gosh for cell phones & girlfriends who don't judge their "directionaly challenged" friends!
Judy was the only one who 'mastered' the art of "foam ball decorating 101".... Show off!!! lol!
All in all it was a most lovely time.
Oh & 'Pickles', I managed to find my way home w/o having to call anyone! lol!

Judy, you are too right. We really do need to schedule a road trip. Sounds like a do-not-miss event shaping up pre-BBB. Hmmm what shall we wear? (NO!) Grace, I am just amazed at what you accomplished and how gracious a hostess you were even through your back troubles. Thank you again for a great visit and so many good natured things to giggle over. These get-togethers recharge my spirits.

my back is still a mess, but I am feeling a wee bit better....thanx to Michelle's Huckleberry wine! lol!
by the by, my DH did the dishes for me....hee hee,,,maybe this back issue isn't such a bad thing after all!

Hey, Michelle, I resemble that remark about the Wallace Museum! Maybe we should take a FarmGirl field trip over there...lots of fun shops in that town...Looking forward to December!!! Judy
And I really do want to honor Grace for having us over when she was "stove up" from her back injury...and the silly goose insisted on making all the yummy munchies herself...if I had known when she turned down my offer that I bring something, I would have insisted. Well, she is just a FarmGirl Hostess with the Mostest! Thanks again, Grace, and hope you're feeling better!

mima, oh I wish you could have been here the other nite,,,,it was pretty goofy especially when we got on the subject of my tortise,,,i'll have to tell you about it later once the blushing leaves my face...
Alee, silly girl, you should have moved this way not further away! but it is never to late to move back...but at least we'll get to see you & 'mom' next July....don't forget your strand of pearls for your flapper outfit!

It was a great time. I DO plan to put more fabric on that apron, I'll have you both know! Who knew a pair of mostly used up/gone jeans could be so much fun? Or a pet turtle? I do look forward to jumping in on your next meeting. :) I'll have to prove to you that I am going to make a decent apron out of those jeans. :) Not one for the Wallace Museum... xox lol

oh Alee, it was...
my back has been out for the past 3 days & I am moving a bit slow, but there was no way in heck that I was going to cancel....I so enjoy 'girls nite'. It is such fun, to hear all the yabbering & laughing. We had such a fun evening & can hardly wait for our next get together.
Oh and you'll have to ask Michelle~Huckleberrywine about her latest apron creation!!!! lol! She does not waste an inch on a pair of repurposed jeans!!!! toooo funny!
