All you have to do to join Flickr is sign up at www.yahoo.com for an email address and then use this address to create your personal Flickr account. Then you can send pictures to the Chapter (Pool) album. www.flickr.com
Also, for the newbies to Flickr here is a tour of the features:http://www.flickr.com/tour/
I feel sure there are enough of us that will take advantage of the extra location to show off photos. 
This doesn't in any way replace what we do here or will do in our Henhouse. It's just another way to drive traffic to Mary Jane's site since I've set it to show an external website address (which will be maryjanesfarm.org.

Hey Everyone,
I need to point out again how the Flickr albums work You create your personal flickr album and upload your pictures to it.
As time goes on when the Chapter activities start up...projects, aprons, journal pages, swaps, charity efforts and more then you will upload "only chapter related" photos to the chapter "Pool Photo Album".
For now you are establshing your personal Flickr albums and accepting the invitation to be a member of the Flickr Chapter group and album.
So don't send (send to group in the organize area)personal photos to the Pool Album...it is reserved for Chapter stuff only.
What will happen is as you join the Chapter group your personal photos will show up in the Bees without borders contacts area But not in the pool album..
I know this is confusing but take my word for it..LOL We are all learning right now so hang in there, OK? Don't despair...we'll get everyone situated and flowing in harmony in no time at all!
Don't hesitate to ask questions....there are several members that are long time users of Flickr.

Hey Everyone,
I will sending out invitations and accepting all requests to join the Flickr album throughout today (Friday) so watch your Yahoo email boxes for the request to join bees without borders farmgirl chapter...Check your Bulk or Spam box too since it may wind up in there!
Then the process of helping everyone as time goes on will begin so hang in there

Hey there,
Bev,
I've emailed you 3 times about your Yahoo id...don't have it yet..my emails are bouncing into cyberspace someplace I guess. You are the only one so far that's not getting my emails.
Everyone Else, I've received many Yahoo Id's but there are many more members that need to respond..
I'll collect Yahoo id's and start sending out invitations and accepting requests directly at the Flickr group at the end of this week. That will give the rest of the members time to respond and be a part of the Grand Opening of the Album and group.
Don't worry about being confused or everything being unfamiliar...we will start working through that next week to simplify things for you!

Hey Julie,
It is already set up exactly as you just suggested with the free account. I did not upgrade to the Pro account. And will not til I see that we would really need it. It would gain us more space each month and archives.
Sorry for the confusion but at the top of page 16 I requested for members to send me their Yahoo id's so I can send an invitation to them so they can join.. The way I've got it set is that any member can upload without restrictions.
So to answer your questions....I set everything from the get go just how you just suggested...LOL Sorry you missed all of that. We've all been busy..

Stephanie I will be involved. Right now my camera is being kind of weird so I am in the process of getting a new one and with my computer crash back in August I lost a lot of pictures.
One question - why do we need a pro account? Why cant you just start a group that we can all post to? You can make it invitation only and then you also don't have the upload restrictions. Everyone uploads pictures to their own account and then adds them to the group. It wouldn't cost any money then.

Hey Sunshine,
Have been away from the computer today...I know enough to get us going...no problem.. I know there may be other members that don't have (personal) accounts yet and they will need assistance a few times. Then they can send chapter related photos to the chapter album.
I will be posting new member information links to help new members once I hear from the other members. If you see someone posting here please help them if you don't mind with questions they may have on setting up their flickr accounts.
I am also waiting for chapter members to email me with a Yahoo id so I can send invitation or they can request to join. I did get your request and a few others...
It'll be a little bit before this gets up and running. I want to hear from the other members before I move forward.

My page is done but I don't do scrapbooking and I'm feeling a little intimidated.
I kinda did an intro-very brief- but I thought that was what you were looking for.
I also put my picture-after much deliberation.

I have clicked on the join group icon you have to moderate the emails to let me join then I can help you with the group but can't do anything till you moderate the emails and if you want help bump me to admin if you want help that is. I can always demote myself later if you feel you don't need or want help also you would be able to demote me to I think ( haven't tried that version of things yet)

I got your email and will be sending you an invitation once I get the account upgraded and a little more housekeeping done over there
I've added the link for "touring" the features in Flickr so help everyone learn how to do some of the stuff.
From your personal Flickr album you will "organize" the photos together that you want to "send to group" then you tell it what groups to send it to. Once you are a member of the chapter group then you can send photos to it. You can also make a post in the group to let us know you've added pictures.
Hope that made sense....I know Sunshine is an expert at Flickr features so I know she can jump in and tell us exactly what to do when we get stuck!
