The Clark County Farmgirls are in the process of planning our 2nd Christmas Bazaar. The local newspaper -- which covers all of SW WA -- does a free listing every year for all the bazaars in the area. Last year we started planning too late to get in the listing. But this year I submitted our information so we could get it in the paper.

I got a call today from the paper wanting to do an article about our Farmgirl Chapter for the Neighbors Section in November! I'm so excited. The lady was really intrigued about what a Farmgirl is so I told her what we're all about. They want to come to our November meeting and take a picture to put with the article!

I've been praying about ways that we could promote our chapter and grow it to include gals in the whole county. This is truly an answer to my prayers!!

Marybeth or any Farmgirl, if you 're ever in our neck of the woods, let us know and we'll do tea or lunch or something. Woo hoo!

Kudos to our Fearless Leader for getting us free publicity!! (Is there a badge for that, Mother Hen?)

Fruit forever!

Yay! Now don't forget to post a link for the article when it's run, you star, you!

How exciting for you, and what a great boost for possible membership, to boot!

Congratulations.
