We had our chapter meeting tonight and had so much fun. We have another new member so we're up to 6 here in North Clark County! Ate lots of good food, had some great wine, and laughed and laughed.

Every month we go to a different person's house and that person has to plan the project we're going to do. Tonight we went to Lydia's farm (she's certified organic) and made herb wreaths. All the stuff we used was from her garden -- even the grapevines to form the wreaths. They turned out so pretty. We took pics and as soon as I get them I'll post.

In August we're going to make the wire chandeliers that are on the Farmgirl calendar. In September is going to be a road trip to the Farmchicks Sale!!

Isn't fresh rosemary the most wonderful..earthy, fresh, woodsy smell... I just love it!!!

You come right ahead and join our group -- we'd love to have you!! We used rosemary (my fav), valerian, lavender, rosehips, oregano, marjoram, and mostly anything we could get our hands on from the garden that would look good. My house smelled so good this AM from the rosemary.

Kay, I want to move to Washington and join your chapter!!! Sounds like so much fun! What kind of herbs do you use for wreaths?

Hi Dee! We put them on fresh and are letting them dry on the wreath.

Hello!
Your project sounds so fun! Were the Herbs dried? Or put on fresh and drying on the wreath?
Our very new Chapter is learning how to make Natural Skin Care products.
Dee :-)
