Hi
I'm from Maryville Tennessee about 2 hours from Chattanooga. Let me know if a chapter is starting around this area.

Oh my goodness! Valli, my grandparents grew up in Maryville! They moved to Colorado when my father was 5 years old. My grandfather and his family ran the Peery Flour Mill which was an historic landmark until it was destroyed a few years ago. I am sad to say I have never been to Tennessee, having grown up in Colorado and moving to Idaho in 1976. I would love to visit someday. My Dad went back to visit in his 70's. He remembered the Smoky Mountains even though he was only 5 and loved seeing his home state again.
Welcome to the Farmgirl Connection! I see you are already getting to know each other!!

Thanks,

Hey Valerie,

I'm in Cleveland, so I'm a little hop down the road from you. I've got the materials to get started with a chapter. Lynn from N. GA is interested in joining a chapter, too. If the distance isn't too much, you're welcome to join in with me if you like!
