Well then, Heather, a very Happy Birthday to you, too!! Hope you are enjoying your special day.
I like your blog! I love herbs too and finally have moved to a place where I can doing some gardening again. It's not in the country, but a small town. We have a large lot with great soil for gardening. Last summer after we moved in, I put some tomato, pepper, and basil plants in and never really took proper care of them because I was working 40+ hours a week. But they did so well that I was giving away veggies after I had dried tomatoes, froze salsa and made 3 large batches of basil pesto to freeze! Sooo... this year I am no longer working full time. (yea!!) Can't wait to get a herb garden started and see what veggies I grow.
