Lavender is what I planted this past summer. I have big dreams of this herb being a fun project for my farm. Does any other farmgirl grow lavender? Since this is the first season the bushes are growing strong but there is no purple fowering stems yet. Please send idea's,recipes and craft my way.

i have a lot of bushes and mine unfortunatly doesn't flower too much, I think i have them in too much shade. My cousin lives in TX and has fields of lavendar outside of her house. I think they need more sun than I am giving them.

I have a huge herb garden also, would love to hear how you plan to make it a business. I always have more leftovers than I can give away LOL!
