Happy, happy birthday to you and your little one! What a testament to your family life than instead of supper at Chuckie Cheese, she wants to be home with you and grandma-enjoy it!!

Thanks, everyone! My children gave me several "new" Pandora charms for my bracelet. Actually, a friend said she would take them shopping, but the store was closed yesterday -- so she took them off her own bracelet. The kids told me the story when I opened the packages. So I'm off to replace *her* charms for her today.
Friends are a wonderful blessing, aren't they?

Thanks, ladies. Yep, I have a big day planned: driving (use that gas again!) to another small community to meet with their Main Street director. Then back home to pick up the kidlings and drive to Tulsa (90 miles r/t) for Scouts tonight. Our normal Monday evening ...
But, tomorrow is my "baby's" 10th birthday, so we will celebrate then. She requested a home-based family party, with chicken pie (mine) and my grandmother's angel food cake for dessert (my mom is making that!). It will be the first one without her father around, but we'll do just fine.
