I have my youngest on the 27th- he will be 6. When I went into labor things just kinda stalled so they sent me home for Christmas and I went back to the hospital on the 26th. At our annual Christmas Eve party, everyone asked what the situation was and I just told them that I wasn't really pregnant- I just need somewhere to hide the presents!

My Grandpa was born on Christmas, and my sweetie was born on the 28th. While they sure aren't farm girls, I love them both. Grandpa has been gone now 20 years and I will always sing happy birthday to him on Christmas =)

Happy Birthday to all my kindred December Sisters! It is true that sometimes our day gets lost in the holdiday shuffle, but I would not trade my birthday at all... it is a time of celebration when people are just a little kinder, families a little closer, and life a little sweeter.
