Hi farmgals,
Our lovely Bee Haven Maven has thought of a grand idea. Similar to our mail art list, why don't we have a list of farmgirl addresses and birthdates. If you're on the list, it means you send along birthday cards to some of the gals on the list and the best part... You receive birthday cards on your special day!
If you would like to participate, email me your screen name, full name, mailing address and birthdate. I will get a list started and email out an updated list each month as more gals sign up. Sound good?
Such fun! I can't wait to get started making birthday cards for my fellow farmgirls. Such a great idea Bev!
ps. anyone can join at any time. I will update at the start of the month, as I do with mail art. Let me know if ya'll have questions.

Thanks girls!! I felt so SO specail with all the beautiful cards I received! My mantel looks fabulous and I feel very loved every time I walk by (which is a lot as Stella is working on walking while holding my fingers...baby steps literally).

Oh What a wonderful idea. My dh and I were talking about how nobody really uses snail mail anymore except for bills and ads. It is great to look forward to going to one's mailbox.
Thanks Meg, hope you and Stella had a great time camping. What fun memories that will bring. In the last month my mom emailed me a picture of my first camping trip. I was almost 2 years old, I am 50 now. That was way cool. Have fun.

aww, have fun with little Stella.
I brought my little girl(age 2) into bed with me this morning, and woke up to her reaching over and stroking my cheek! it's something that I do to her when she is tired.. and this morning she had woke up and was doing it to me..talk about an aww moment.
