Hi Farmgirls -

I have an annual susbription to Turbotax, and this year they sent an extra copy of the 2006 tax preparation CD to "pass along to a friend" .... it is a Legitimate Original CD of the Full Retail Version for Tax Year 2006 federal return, plus includes a free download of state refund preparation. Instructions say that you can go through the entire program and see the information, then at the point of print or e-file, it you can purchase it through the CD (I presume that means online) for $44.95.

I don't know if it is worth that amount of money or not, but it might be at least give someone an idea of their refund, and allows you to play around with the deductions to see how different numbers affect the outcome.

If you are interested, let me know. It's worthl;ess to me and I would think it costs just a stamp or two to mail it out.

Many Happy (Tax) returns...!

Jo
