Since WillowTreeCreeks filled up real quick I thought I would host one for anyone else who wants to do it.
10 people per group. If we end up with more than 10 people I will make more groups.
This swap is about EVERYTHING Easter! Think eggs, flowers, rainbows, little lambs, bunnies, gardens etc. pretty much anything spring I just didn't want this one mixed up with Willowtreecreeks by calling spring 2
You will make 10 handcrafted things based on the theme- one for everyone in the group. You will send all of your items to me along with $8.10 for return postage. I will then send you a box with 1 item from everyone in the group.
I will limit this swap to 10 people.
The deadline to send items to me will be March 15th and I will try to get them all swapped out and sent back to you a few days later.
If you want to sign up post here and then I will send you my mailing information.
Since there are two swaps starting right now if you are in both make sure you make something different for each one as multiple people might be in both.

Soryr for the delay in posting! I haven't been anywhere near a computer....
Got my package on Friday and--WOW!--what a treat!  I can't believe how diverse and wonderful everything is! So many surprises, so many creative ideas! Thanks, Sunshine, for setting this up for all of us. You get big hugs and kisses for coordinating everything. So many cool treats! The bath salts are divine, the barrette came just in time for pulling my hair back for gardening, the dishcloths and doily are beautiful. And the glass ornament? Breathtaking!
Thanks, everyone, for putting so much of yourselves into everything.  This was great fun and good for the soul, too.

I got my package yesterday and I was so very happy when I unwrapped everything inside! What a crafty bunch we are! My grandson just loves the caterpillar. I have it hanging up where he can see it but where he can't touch it! I have put everything in it's place and my home looks so springy! Thank you, Sunshine , for not only hosting this swap but for my

I got my sig swap blocks in the box too, and I ended up cutting them all down to the 6 1/2 inch size to match the other MJF quilt block swap that we're doing. They all were fine size-wise to cut down except for mine, so, since I know who I am, I just cut my name off the bottom. You could do the same then you'd be ready to put them into a quilt now when you get the other squares back (at least I think you're in the other swap).

Oh, happy day yesterday. I got my box in the mail!! Yeah!!
Thank you, ladies, for all the beautiful gifts. I can't believe what a lovely assortment there is. I used some of the bath salts from shmeg last night. They smell wonderful. My daughter enjoyed them as well. We used the crocheted cloths in the bath as well. Jake and I each picked our own out.
My kids went through the box with me. It was better than Christmas!!! The glass blown ornament is just so gorgeous. I need to buy a brass hanger to hang it and place it on the hutch. Sunshine, Maddie is wearing the hairclip today. She is thrilled to have it as she has long hair and I do not. She was so excited to have it from the box of goodies.
We hung up our catepillar and small decorative pillow above the sliding glass doors. They look so spring and nice. The easter egg is on the counter by the computer so I can enjoy it all day long and while I sit here once a day. We happen to love those flower fairies. Jake wore the felt egg pin last night.
I placed the doily on the edge of the hutch and put my favorite toy camper on it. The white catches the light, and I can really enjoy the ornament and think about our next camping trip. it is so pretty and delicate. I lvoe the yellow flowers as an accent.
I put the bookmark to use right away to hold the place i nthe book I started with Jake last night.
Ladies, I will email you individually as I would like to send you each a note.
Sunshine, please thank your daughter and also you for the note and pin and guardian angels. My kids each took an angel to watch over themselves. I love that they can fit it in their pockets. When they are a little nervous, they just have to reach in, touch it and feel reassured they are being helped all the time. Jake has a small homeschool presentation today, and he has his amgel tucked into his pocket. I have my Easter pin on to go to town today. Thank you so much. That was very sweet of both of you. You really made it special for us.
Also, I received all the signature blocks in the box. Thank you. I am so excited to put them into a quilt. Stay tuned for another quilt block swap after Easter. I want to host one in red, white and blue, 8 1/2" size. Then, I can use them with these signature blocks to make a farmgirl quilt.

Sunshine - I didn't make it to the PO today but I know your box arrived cause the lady called to see if I wanted to come get it but we were out of town so I couldn't. I will get it in the AM! Cant wait to go through it!

I got my package in the mail today, and it's absolutely wonderful!! Such talent--the egg and the handblown glass are just great--I love them!! And the whole package smells delightful! I just have one question--did we each get 2 stitch markers? Mine were loose, and I want to be sure there aren't more before I throw away the "filler paper & bags". A very big Thank You to everyone who made the things--they're all great!

that could easily be as the case there are two types of bug but you only get one ( either a lady bug or a caterpillar) and there was a pin that was a hostess gift to me and no one else got that either. What item do you think was not there. I assume you are checking in that you got the package as that only makes since as how otherwise would you know that something is not right so thank you for letting me know you got the package.

I just got my package in the mail today and ahd so much fun going through it all! I'd love to know who made what as not everything was labeled including my own. I also wanted to tell everyone that the striped bag with the stitch markers on it are also bath salts. They are made with an essential oil blend called "joy". (that's my spring connection) anyway it is ade with oils of jasmine, rose, ylang ylang to name a few. I hop you all enoy it. Again, I love it all! nothing was broken and no they had not repaired it. But nothing inside looked damaged The tissue wrapped around everything kept every thing inside.

I'm just thankful that it got there!! And, I guess that I didn't send anything breakable since it had the big hole in it--I wonder if they had to check it out somewhere along the way because of the noise?? Did it look like they had tried to repair the hole? Anyway, yes, I sent 9 of each item--no sense sending you one for me just to have you send it back to me!! Thanks for your patience!
