Corms are the seeds of Elephant Garlic. You plant these out in early fall, dig up late spring. At that time it will look like one garlic clove. Plant that clove back out the following fall for a huge head of garlic the next late spring. The individual clove after just one season may be eaten however you garlic yield will be much larger if replanted for a second season. I never spray any of my crops with chemicals.
I would love to barter for handmade soap, I love things with vintage trailers on them like hand towels, pot holders, mug rug, decoration perhaps. If you harvest your own honey or maple syrup a small amount would be very useful. Let me know what you have to offer. I really want things that are useful and can be put to good use fast.

Posted - Jun 17 2015 : 2:44:09 PM I've dug thru everything and all I have available for trade is crocheted dishcloths that would be useful right now. We do keep bees, but lost all our hives over the winter - we just got new bees and are trying again. We won't have honey until late August or September. I thought I had a trailer pot holder, but it's not where I thought it was. I'll keep looking. We have 2 local full time flea markets - surely I'll find something.
