Posted - Oct 26 2006 : 1:13:02 PM Stefanie, Hi! And welcome! Yes, that book is available. Just email me your address. I'm going to try to finally get to the PO tomorrow. I've had workers in my house for two weeks now and I can't get a thing done! No water during the day, bouts of no power, kitchen an absolute wreck...yikes! Anyway, I'm shooting for tomorrow.
