Yesterday, the hospital sent one of the little girls home to die. But Praise God, when she got home she started improving. She improved so fast that they took her back to the hospital so she could get the rest of the care she needs! My theory is she just needed to get home with mom and dad and all the sibblings in her familiar surroundings! And of course, a miracle did happen! I am so happy! Keep praying! Love, Susan

God is good! Thanks Susan for your update that IS wonderful news. It's been so sad & to have that news is such a blessing for all of them.

Oh Susan,
Thank you for the update. I thought the little girl who was said to be in a "grave" condition would die. Her improvement at home IS miraculous, and I'll be praying for her full recovery along with that of the other four. And the sisters who wanted to give up their lives for their friends.... there are no words. What a testimony.
Love,
Ann

Funds are pouring in each and every day for hospital care and other expenses. Isn't it wonderful? There is something else I have to tell you. The thirteen year old girl, when faced with death from Mr. Roberts, asked him to kill her and let the others go. Her sister, who is 12, asked him to kill her, too, and they both begged him to let the others go. What courage and faith. This story comes from one of the girls in the hospital who can now talk. What a blessing to their parents to know this. That they would lay down their lives to save others. I just know they're in Heaven dancing with each other. Their little, short lives were not in vain. Please continue to pray for the remaining five so they can all be home in time for Thanksgiving to have fellowship with their families! Love, Susan

Susan so glad you posted this miracle. I had heard about the little girl going home to die (we get Philly news) and it just broke my heart. Can't tell you how happy it makes me to hear this. Families can really make a difference. My prayers go out to them all. I heard last night that the Mennonite relief fund has collected over $27,000 for the families so far.

So glad to hear she is getting better! A true miracle. I pray for everyone in their community that time will help heal all this horrific mess. Thank goodness they have such strong faith, and I think they continue to earn everyone's respect with the way they are dealing with all the attention.

Peace

This whole thing is absolutely heart-wrenching. I am glad to have some good news... I can hardly believe that this incident really happened. It's like something out of a scary movie - and NOTHING that should ever, ever truly happen. That aside - I am so happy for this little girl and her family - and my thoughts and prayers go out to all...

XOXO, Libbie
