Hi Ladies,

I'm cleaning house and getting ready for some e-bay and garage sales but thought I'd put some things on here that I thought you Farmgirls might enjoy!

I have 10 skeins of Italian yarn that I believe were purchased in Germany. I don't have the patience for knitting, yet, so I'm hoping someone else can make something beautiful with these. Only 2 skeins have the tags on still, the rest got tangled and so the skeins are slightly different sizes but I weighed each one and they all weigh between 44 and 50 grams. They were 70 meters, I think at the most they would be a meter or two shorter because of the tangle. It's called Maxi Tweed, it's made of, 26% Wolle (wool), 38% Polyacryl, 16% viskose, 15% baumwolle (cotton) and 5% Polyamid. Made in Italy for WOHA in Hamburg. Beautiful purple with other jewel tones woven in. I'm assuming you'll need a few skeins to make something, but I'm willing to break them up if you don't want all 10.

Things I'm interested in:

Homemade Items: aprons, tote bags or purses, knit or crocheted washcloths, fabric hot pads (I'd like to specify colors!), soaps/bath products, burp clothes/bibs, scarves, jewelry, anything else home made please send me an e-mail, I love home made items!

Things I collect (way too many things but here's a few): Fiesta dishes, yellow ware bowls, pyrex from the 50's and 60's (milk glass with colors on outside), floraline pottery in matte green and white, red handled kitchen utensils, bakelite jewelry and utensils, buttons, vintage rhinestone pins and jewelry, antique/vintage linens, Scandinavian items, Irish porcelain, vintage pixies/elves, German salt glazed pottery.

Let me know what you have!! I know many people have seeds right now, but we're still not sure how much space we'll have for gardening this spring so I'm holding

Thank you, Cindy, for such a fun barter! She sent me a very cool antique compact and a vintage bowl (both my choice). Wonderful!!

Adding a picture of the items I received from Cindy! Love them!
