Hi girls I am looking for finger Zils AKA finger cymbals if anyone has some they don't use anymore and is willing to trade... you name it.. I have old embroidery transfer patterns, material, sewing supply stashes,books, Pfaltzgraf,Blue fire king, pink depression dishes, etc. etc. Send me an -e-mail tell me what you'd like : )

My mom used to have quite a few pairs for her classroom! They were so fun! (I used them to scare my mom, I think)

Thanks for the kind words and big hugs Cindy : ) At least maybe I created a laugh or two...I have no idea now in the heck I created that spelling, weird!!! I have a habit of getting on here and reading when I can't sleep which has been quite often lately, I haven't worked since Jan 17, but am going back April 11th thank God. Anyway, I am VERY HUMAN, haha.

I started because I sit most of the day and my body was getting stiff.
I needed to get moving so instead of yoga I went out on the limb and went for Belly dance. (also because my dd knows it)
Its a great core strength building excercise, not as easy as the pros make it look, and lol at my age and with fibros I don't plan on entertaining anyone. I love to watch it and I like the music : )
You just can't sit still when you hear those drums! I have gone to a few shows/recitals and the groups are amazing so in tune with each other its beautiful!

Small brass or metal cymbals you put on your fingers for music
Kinda like those huge ones they clang together in a big school band : )
just tiny and they have elastic that goes around the end of your finger to hold them on : ))
