...one firefighter print fleece panel. Not the little kid prints. The "cool" firefighter prints. I found some online, but they are $16 plus another $10 shipping. Not worth the price.

Walmart and local fabric stores don't have any and I want to make a tied/no-sew blanket for my hard-to-please college son. It was the only thing he mentioned he would actually like to have when he was here at Christmas.

His birthday is in little over a week. So I need it ASAP!!! I have lots of handmade options, supplies, and misc to barter for it.

Anyone have one stashed away they are willing to part with??? I am willing to do multiple barters if there's more than one available.

Thanks

Thanks for looking that up Lisa. The issue is the shipping for me. With shipping the total would be over $25. i am just to cheap when I know Walmart has had similar fleeces for $7. THat is IF they get them back in again. I guess I am going to have to come up with a different plan for this particular birthday gift.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions ladies!!!

I do a lot of my fabric shopping through Joanne's online....do a Google Search. They do display all their fabric, and I think have a search option too. I was recently looking for a ladybug print, ordered it through their online site and was very pleased with the delivery, both timing and price!

Hope this helps.
Warmly,
Lisa

Our Walmart had them a couple of months ago and I didn't get it when I saw them. rats. =) Now that I need on, they don't have them. Tracking down a Joanne's is my next step. I think the one in puyallup closed or moved. SO there's just Pacific Fabric on South hill in puyallup and they don't have any as of the other day.

i just made my son one of these blankets for my son. I was able to find a "real" panel at wal mart. However I did only get one. I do not know if they still have them or not, but as of right now, I am snowed in under close to 40". I am hoping to be out by Friday or Sat. I can look for you if needed.
I have some plain cotton fire fighter material, but no fleece. Let me know if you would like me look for you or if it will be too late.
