There is a sale on the Cricut Create for $99 happening on Black Friday. Is it worth it? Looking for your feedback.

Have a good day!

Walmart is having the expression on sale in colors come Black Friday. you can check it out online.

The cartridges are 30.00 and I think the cricut, which is the larger one... is around 180.00

It sounds great and I could use it everyday with homeshooling and such.. guess I wil put it on Santa's list but i'm thinking i'm gettin coal this year....

I have a Cricut Machine as well, I have 3 cartridges and wand to add on. But, I am biding my time until they go on sale in the hobby stores or online. The customer service is also excellent. My first machine was defective, they handled it very nicely.

Thank you ladies. I shall head out in the morning and fight the shoppers to see if I can get my hands on one then. I'll keep you posted.

Have a good day!

I have the big one and it is the best thing since sliced bread.i make all my own cards, boxes, letters, stencils, vinyl murals,etc...i use it at least 15 times a month.the carts are expensive however i found a website where most are 30.00.i love this amazing machine.you also need to use good paper, like Stampin up{i am demo if you need stampin up stuff, lol}buy one,you will not regret it.even if you are not a pro,you will be in no time.

I have the small version, and I love it. The only drawback that I can see to any of the Cricut cutters is that the cartridges are so expensive. They are anywhere from $39 to $85 each depending on the content. What I have done is to set up cutting parties with other Cricut owners. We use each others cartridges, bring snacks, etc. and make it a "girls night out".

my daughter has the full deal and loves hers, my Mom has the smaller version and feels it wasn't worth it for her. She sold hers.
This is my take on it as i seen both. For me, I would LOVE it but knows my reality. I wouldn't use it often enough, that is my Mom's case. Daughter does book scrapping and other things, church bulletins, posters, etc and makes full use of hers. She told me if I need something, just to let her know! :o)

So, as far as it being worth it? I say yes, and I have seen in a Walmart that they carry some of their accessories.

My sister has two and she loves them! She uses them to make signs for holiday gifts, she has made wall murals and saying for her house. She also does scrapbooking and such.
