Sign ups are closed and partners are being paired, stayed tuned!

With all the stores displaying their Christmas items and decorations already, I'm getting anxious to think ahead and was wondering if anyone would be interested in a ornament swap? It can be handmade or store bought, what is ever easiest for you. I'll leave the signup open till Nov.15 with a mail date of Nov. 20 so we all have them in time to decorate the tree. This will be fun! Once your partner is chosen, you can email each other with likes and dislikes. Ho, Ho, Ho!

That's ok Linda! I hope you are doing well - that's what matters! Our ornaments can wait a few extra days! No matter what, they'll get here in time for next year! ;-) Have you gotten my ornament yet? I sent them the first time and they came back to me, but this time Brenda got hers, so I hope you did too! Have a Merry Christmas and don't sweat the small stuff, when you can make it to the po, that's good enough for us gals!

I've got ornaments! Just got me a 4 ft tree with lights already on it. Since moving to this Senior apartment I am starting over with decorations. I'll love thinking of the farmgirls when hanging them up

I am so sorry to be late mailing mine...I can't drive to the po lately. I've been in and out of the hospital this last couple of weeks...I have to rest alot...so everything is running late. I have ornaments made I just can't get to the po.

Futters, I got my package, it was a little rough looking so my mailman brought it up the hill to me, so nice of him. But all are fine and so cute, love the Santa underwear! Thanks so much!

Hi Merry, Your ornament arrived while I was away for Thanksgiving! My neighbor picked it up! It is lovely! The stitching and bead work are perfect! Thank you!

Yours is all packed up and I will mail it tomorrow (priority). FYI yours arrived with postage due, but no biggie!

Also, my neighbor has the same name as you! Her name is Merry too!

I hope you like what I made. My mother and I used to make them together and she died this past May. I signed up to do the swap to get me "off my duff and back in the game" - and it worked! I had fun painting it at my dear Mom's art desk and using her sewing machine too (she was a Farmgirl at heart too)! I really felt her there right along side me while I worked!

Merry Christmas, Merry!

Futters/Michelle,

I need to give you a BIG SORRY!. I confused my swap deadlines and just got your ornament mailed out. I apologize sincerely. When you open the box, gently take the stuffing out......some of the parts of the ornament could get snagged. I hope you like it!

Heather
