Ladies, I am looking for the old milk bottles with the cream separator top. If any one has any of these for sale or trade, please let me know. I'd love to buy some ASAP!

Well, I just found a place close enough to me for me to buy raw milk. I want to use the cream for making butter, etc. But it would be easier to collect it with the special bottles. :)

Learn something new everyday. I looked them up and never knew that was what that bulb was for. I have just regular ones.

Hey Melody June!
THe milk bottles have a sort of bulbous top. The neck narrows between the top and the body of the bottle. As the cream rises on your milk, it is collected in the bulbous top, then you can pour the cream right off the top without the milk mixing in.
I hope this makes sense. I did find a few on e-bay, but I wanted to check with the farmgirls first to see if anyone had a couple they were interested in selling or trading.
