Hello everyone!
Christmas 5" Charm Swap
There are 14 of us all together! :)
Update-
Okay, we will be swapping 5" squares.
100 % cotton
Patterns only
You can sign up for as many sets as you want to, for newbies this means that if there are 14 of us and you sign up for 5 sets, you will be sending me 5 different patterns in groups of 14.
Signups will end on Oct. 1
Squares will be due to my by Oct. 28th.
Please send stamped, addressed envelope for me to send you back your charms! :)

I don't know.... what if you used as flat a button(s) as you could find? I think that would look cute.

Brenda,
Here is what I have done so far. I need to add the batting and back. I will be tying this at every corner. I was thinking of adding buttons, but if its used as a table runner the buttons might get in the way.
I will post again when I have it complete.

How's everyone doing with their projects using our charms?!!! Anyone done and ready to post pics yet?
I am working on a lapquilt. Simple design, and everything is ready to sew, it just takes a back burner to my Christmas present making right now! I will post some pics though as soon as I have anything to take a pic of!
Can't wait to see your projects!

Got my charms. The pack originally got put in my neighbor's mailbox but it tracked me down. Thank you for organizing Brenda. There are so many different patterns. They are going to be beautiful when put together. I will post as soon as I get my project finished.

I just wanted to let you girls know that the charms all went out at different times! I had hubby drop some off at the post office earlier this week, and I took a few yesterday. The rest will go tomorrow.
I hope you all enjoy them, they are so pretty!!!!

Update!!!
Well girls all the charms are here! I have started sorting and stacking.... they are all really beautiful and I want to drop everything, take my stack, and make my project, lol!!!! Don't worry, I won't, I'll get yours all out first.
I am feeling much better, guessing it's just a cold.... there is a lot of H1N1 flu around here right now, lots of sick family members, but I'm staying away from them all, poor babies! :)
Will update again when I'm ready to mail....

Well girls the rest of the charms are on their way.... I should have them by the end of the week....
I'm hoping my case of swine flu-yes, I'm achy, sore throat so far, just got it today, whole family has had it- will be a mild case, so I can get these back out to you!
I will start sorting in the morning, so I will have a head start on getting them mailed!
