If anyone makes gloves without the fingers in them I will barter or buy.

I wanted to add a picture of the fingerless mittens Angela made for me. My picture really does not show the great detail difference from the top and then down the wrist. I just love them and they are VERY warm.

It's not as hard as it sounds. This old lady did it! lol And I am computer illiterate! (Can't spell either, apparently. :D) I now have two shops and you should give it a try it's a lot of fun and I would like to see your gloves.

Find your joy and live it. http://cheneybaglady.blogspot.com/http://www.kpaints.etsy.com http://www.thevintagebaglady.etsy.com FG #377

No Sharon I don't. I am pretty computer illiterate. I can find sites and email and that is about it. The picture thing took me months to figure out:) LOL

That is funny you bring that up. I have been in the house with him all day today because he has a double ear infection. However, he was suppose to "deliver" some eggs this afternoon to his grammy. He insisted he had to take them to her. Luckily she is our neighbor:) I hope he keeps that work ethic up as he grows up:) If we were closer, he would do that in heartbeat, he loves his chickens!!

Angela I am just happy you are doing it, you know I am not a hurry up kind of person. LOL I've got baby chicks in my dining room, wish your son was closer I hire him to chick sit for me. I still smile just to think of his egg route. Too cute!

I am crocheting it. I am doing it up for Melody June, she had the pattern and the yarn, so I am working it up for her.

Angela, a poncho did you say? Are you crocheting it or knitting it?

Actually, it only took a lil time away from your poncho. I have been working on that all day. I am all caught up on Christmas until I can get to the yarn shop again. So I am taking this time to work on your poncho. I do not know how soon I will be getting it done...it is pretty big(long). But I must say, the colors in the yarn are beautiful. It is really working up nicely:) Really, no need for the fabric, this is my gift to you.

That is exactly what I wanted, no finger holes. I an so excited!! Now my family won't laugh at me for cutting the ends of my leather gloves. My mom used to say "Po folks have Po ways but we can afford gloves", they just did not get me. LOL Thank you so much, I know your busy making your Christmas presents and all. I'm sure I can find a piece of two of fabric you may like. LOL

Oh and I guess I should maybe explain the look of them...It is my own pattern, because I am the same way...I need my fingers too:) they are more like fingerless mittens, there are no "fingerholes" at all, your hand slides right through with a hole for your thumb. Basically a mitten with the rounded top off.
But anyhow, they are done and ready to be mailed....I only made you one oair, but if you like them I will make you another:)

My barn coat is blue, I guess that would work. But any color would work. Do you want to barter or can I buy?

I don't know if they have a name. I just like my hands to be warm but don't want my fingers covered, I need to use them. LOL I knew I should have asked you first.
