Kristine,
Just thought I'd tell you that I used the white hankie with the teal colored flower with the others in my bedroom decor. The print one I have put in my Bible marking my current "life" verse, Isaish 40:31.
THANKS AGAIN!!

I'm so glad you both liked the hankies. I really had fun making them. But I have to admit I had more fun getting the ones you both sent me. Thank you Marlene and Toni. We really should do this again. (but after the holidays)

Begin each morning with a song in your heart.

Thank you Victoria for my wonderful hankies. Girls you should see them. They have
beautiful embroidered flowers in the corners and she sewed the edge with a beautiful lace and
ribbon. Thanks for being my swap partner. Toni

Kristine,
I was wondering if YOU were okay since hadn't heard from you. Glad you are.
Hankies I got from my other partner are PERFECT for use in my bedroom, so they get to provide decorating enhancement there . . . and they REALLY DO!!!!
Since I was blessed with so many that belonged to my sister-in-law (now passed on) I have been using them to decorate here and there, especially in the bathroom!!!
I'll let you know when the ones you are sending me get here.
THANKS!!

I received Julia's hankies!
I wish my camera took good pics so I could show you all!
One of them has daisies all over it with scalloped edges, I looove daisies! This one is definitely for me!
The other one is a white background with pretty little pink and yellow flowers all over. I can see I am going to either have to hide this or give it to my oldest grand daughter Emma(age 7) who loves hankies and wants some of her own!
Thank you Julia they are so pretty! :)

Hi Toni and Marlene Ok your hankies did not go out Weds. I made the mistake of showing my mother your hankies since these were the first I had made. And of course she had to say "Oh you really need to put a thin satin ribbon through that lace that matches that flower. It would just finish that right up and be so pretty." So I am threading a little tiny ribbon through little tiny holes in little tiny lace. Should be finished soon and hopefully will get them out in next week's post office run. I have to admit it really is making it pop. I think you will love them.

Begin each morning with a song in your heart.

Bev: Got your hankies, they were so sweet and vintage. I think the white one is my fave.

Melody: wow, what a glowing review. Thanks for that. I haven't been to the PO Box for a few days but I can't wait to see yours. I'm sure I'll love them too.

You ladies have been great swap partners. And a great big thanks to Kristine for putting all this together.

Hi Gals~ ~ ~I would love to join in for the swap. Sounds like your a gal short. I can't resisit a pretty vintage hankie. My girlfriend make a quilt out of hers. It's so pretty and there is a picture on my blog. Check under the archives for subject "quilts".
