Who's ready for the third round of Secret Sister Farmgirls? Hope you all are!
I am ready for the sign ups for this third round. If you are not familiar with the Secret Sisters here's a little bit about it:
1. This third round will start on June 15th. We will have this one end on September 1st.
2. If you sign up will be be given a secret sister whom has also signed up to join this also. You will also have a secret sister sending things to you!
3. Once you have received your secret sisters name and address; send her a card, hand written note, small gift or whatever. It has been suggested that every 2 weeks works well, but that up to you. You certainly may send things more often!
4. At the end (09/01/09), you reveal yourself to your secret sister and also find out whom has been sending you things!
5. Please remember one thing though[/b], we have learned that sometimes our sisters have gotten burned, some girls sign up and do not send a thing to their secret sister! That is totally unfair, some girls go all out, some can't. We know that things happen especially in this day and age and sometimes illness happens but do your best to keep up this commitment! I have made this round a little shorter, maybe that will be easier!
6. If you are interested, please e-mail me or even sign up on this section of the forum by midnight June 10 EST.
7. In your e-mail please include the following:
Name and address
forum name
perhaps a little about yourself and what you like to do. This helps your secret sister to know
your likes and dislikes. ie "I like to collect seeds, postcards and recipes. I like to quilt and
make stuffed baby animals."
8. Any questions, please feel free to contact me through the forum or at Gaelictoad@aol.com.
9. Let's have fun with this!

Well, I got one last box from my Secret Sister (Karen from Michigan) yesterday and once again it was packed with all kinds of goodies! If any of you ever need someone to help pack your stuff for a move, call Karen. Never in my life have I seen anyone pack so much stuff into such a little box...but she can do it!
She sent postcards, lots of tea, handmade things, smell good things, sewing things, potholders etc. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me for such a short time...I really appreciated it! I am sorry too that your Secret Sister bailed out on you!

Sarah - what a wonderful surprise I had yesterday while mailing a last package "to" my secret sister...a big box "from" my secret sister! Thank you so much for stepping in and being my SS. You have a very kind heart to take over showering someone with friendship. I absolutely love the sheer pink applique and rick-rack apron. My favorite part is the wee bit of appliqued fabric in the waistband. So very sweet. The button milk bottle is so very cool. My husband is threatening to take it away for his own enjoyment. First the dog and the zucchini bread and now my husband! Thanks you so much again for being a great secret sister :-)

Oh, yes Sandra, I have truly enjoyed them! I use the paper napkins you sent this weekend when my kids were here. I had fun with all the goodies you sent. You were great! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had to pop in and say thank you so much, Diane!! You have been such a great SS. I just loved everything you sent and it was so fun to go to the mailbox and get all your goodies.
I was really thing my SS was Sue. All the packages came from Buffalo, NY, and that's where she's from. So I was not even think it could have been you. Anyway, I had a good time doing this. I have already had some chocolate. And the hand sanitizer and toothpicks went in my purse. The good smelling satchet is in my drawer. And I have never had K stickers. But you know who else's name starts with K? Kansas. She'll see them and think they are for her. I might give her half of them.

Toni!!! You have been the most wonderful secret sister!! Oh my gosh! Everything you have been sending has been just amazing. The notes and gifts were just too much for words! Thank you so much!!

Whoo-hoo! Hey, Secret Sis! I got my package today. I needed something nice today and there it was! Thanks for the candles, love candles, for the napkins, I will use them this weekend when my kids come, and for the Altoids, love them too. You are so sweet!! Now do I get to know who you are???

Dear Secret Sister, I am feeling blue today as last month I don't think I sent you a letter but just know that I am working on a super package for you so I can reveal myself in good faith!!
