Posted - Mar 03 2009 : 3:14:59 PM Hi Everyone!
I know a lot of us are making the homemade laundry soap. We use it all the time. But I hate paying for soap in the store that is made by someone I don't know!
So I made a laundry soap recipe specifically for washing clothes. This is not the same recipe as I use for bar soap!
I am selling these for $1.50 a bar so we can all keep our costs down.
I left this bar unscented and uncolored so you can control what your laundry smells like and it is great for those with sensitive skin.

Posted - Mar 03 2009 : 5:15:22 PM HI Sharon!
I will be hand cutting them as close to 5.5 ounces as possible. (That is what Fels Naptha soap is for the Laundry Soap recipe)

Posted - Mar 03 2009 : 4:46:08 PM Hi Karen- I am going to make a second batch that is vegan friendly as soon as I can clean up my secondary mold. The first batch has lye, lard, borax, and ammonia in it.
The second batch will be the same as the first but have soybean oil in it instead. Same price per bar as the first.
Also for an extra fifty cents per bar I will sent it already grated.
